Cellise Pte Ltd (‘Cellise’) and its management hereby expresses their right to revise, amend, withdraw or make changes to these terms and conditions, and policies, in part or in whole at any time with or without prior notice to its Users. All such revisions, amendments, withdrawals or changes shall be automatically, or immediately effective once they are posted on the Site.

- Product Warranties
Cellise shall ensure that the quality, standard and production of Cellise Products are consistent, of the highest quality and standard, and meet all the requirements, standard and certification of any and all governmental agencies and statutory boards in Singapore and Malaysia.
Cellise warrants that all Cellise Products are merchantable and their fitness for purpose and use by our Distributors and Retail Customers.
Distributor and/or Retail Customer shall notify Cellise in writing of any defect in Cellise Products. Cellise offers specific Refund, Return and Exchange Policies and Procedures. Refer to Cellise Return Policy 2017v1.0.
- Pricing and Product Information
All pricing stated on our website are inclusive of GST. Whilst all pricing & product information stated are as accurate as possible, Cellise reserves the right to vary the pricing and other details of the products without prior notice. Expiry date on the packaging is an indication of the product lifespan before it is opened for use.
- Discounts and Promotions
Subject to the Terms and Conditions of prevailing promotions, applicable Membership privileges (i.e. Birthday Discount, Bulk Discount & Gift with Purchase) and/or Distributor Sales Incentive Plan, will only be given upon verification of Membership and/or Distributorship statuses and subject to Cellise Procedures and Policies, Distributor Agreement and Sales Incentive Plan.
- Delivery Surcharge
No delivery charge will be imposed for delivery in Singapore. For delivery in Malaysia, the delivery charges are listed below:
A re-delivery surcharge of between S$5-S$10 will apply after the first failed delivery.

- Order Confirmation
Upon receipt of your delivery order, our Delivery Service Officer will contact you in the next working day (Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays). In cases where stocks become unavailable, Cellise reserves the right to reject, and/or limit the quantities ordered.
- Delivery Lead Time
Stocks are available for immediate delivery within 3-5 business days upon tele-confirmation from our Delivery Service Officer
- The final delivery date of your order will depend on when the order leaves our warehouse. We endeavour to keep to our stated Delivery Lead Time. However, there may be times where it might take longer due to item availability and processing time at our warehouse.

As we have a fixed delivery routine, we are unable to accede to any particular delivery time request.

We are unable to accede to any particular repacking requirements for your delivery.

Product Refunds and Exchanges
- Money-back Guarantee, Customer Refund, and Exchange Policy
(a) Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Cellise Pte Ltd shall:
offer a 7-day money-back guarantee, one hundred percent (100%) full refund of the purchase price of any unopened Cellise Products to all retail customers who purchase these Products directly from Cellise official website (www.celliseinternational.com), subject to clause 1.2.
1.1 Exchange Policy for Cellise Products Purchased Directly from Cellise Pte Ltd
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Cellise Pte Ltd will exchange Cellise Products purchased directly from Cellise official website (www.celliseinternational.com) that were incorrectly sent, or are defective, if you notify Cellise Pte Ltd within 7 business days (based on Singapore Business Days) from the date of purchase. If an exchange is not feasible, Cellise Pte Ltd may issue (i) a Cellise Pte Ltd credit for the amount of the exchanged Cellise Products, which may be used to purchase other Cellise Products, or (ii) a full refund of the purchase price; subject to clause 1.2.
1.2 Procedures for Obtaining a Refund or Exchange
You must comply with the following procedures to obtain a refund or exchange: (a) You have to make a request within 7 business days from the day of the purchase (based on Singapore Business Days) to Cellise Pte Ltd (firstname.lastname@example.org). A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) has to be obtained at the same time from the same email address. Returned Product will only be accepted when it is accompanied with an RMA#. and the original sales receipt/sales order; (b) You must return the Product to Cellise Pte Ltd during office hours together with the original sales receipt/sales order and the RMA#. All return shipping costs (if any) must be paid by you; (c) Cellise Products sent to Cellise Pte Ltd without prior Cellise Pte Ltd approval will not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be returned to you at your expense; and (d) The full refund will be given in the same method of payment of the purchase, including applicable sales tax (less shipping charges) (e) Procedures may vary in jurisdictions where different requirements are imposed by law.
- Policy for Uncollected Cellise Products
You agree that IN THE EVENT THAT:-
- when collection is to be made by you and you fail to collect any Cellise Products purchased from Cellise Pte Ltd within seven (7) days from the date of purchase, Cellise Pte Ltd will deliver the purchased Cellise Products to the address as provided by you at reasonable delivery charges and if such Cellise Products cannot be successfully delivered to you and you fail or neglect for whatsoever reason to collect the Cellise Products from Cellise Pte Ltd within three (3) months from the date of purchase; or
- where you have requested Cellise Pte Ltd and Cellise Pte Ltd has agreed to deliver any Cellise Products to you but Cellise Pte Ltd is unable to deliver such Cellise Products to you due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address or the unavailability of the named recipient at the address as provided by you, and you fail or neglect to collect the Cellise Products from Cellise Pte Ltd within three (3) months from the date of purchase,
THEN upon the expiry of the aforesaid period of three (3) months, Cellise Pte Ltd shall, without further notice to you, cancel your order of such Cellise Products and refund to you the amount paid for such Product, less applicable shipping charges incurred and an administrative fee of 10% of the purchase price.
